LEANING AND

Cleaning the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) Components

Disconnect the scanner from power outlet

Allow the glass in the ADF to cool for at least three

Press the two blue buttons to open up the ADF compartment

Use a clean cloth moistened with V1 cleaner to wipe the entire

surface of these components:

brake rollers - you may want to open the brake roller

compartment to clean these rollers as they are di cult

to turn

pick rollers - turn one roller while wiping the surface of

the other roller down.
