Important! Only use the appliance when built-in!
1 Fast freeze button, also used to switch off the warning tone
2 Fast freeze light (yellow)
3 Warning light (red)
4 Pilot light (green)
5 ON/OFF switch
6 Thermostat control knob
The appliance can be activated/deactivated by pressing the ON/OFF
switch (5).
A coin in needed to turn the thermostat control knob (6). This makes
it more difficult to change the temperature setting accidentally (child
protection).
The thermostat control knob (6) can be used for the variable setting
of the storage temperature for your frozen food.
The optimum storage conditions occur at
-18°C and can be checked at the thermome-
ter (fig.).
The green pilot light (4), which comes on when the appliance is
switched on and the mains voltage is available. In this switch position,
the refrigerating unit operates automatically.
The fast-freeze button (1) with its yellow pilot light (2). The yellow
pilot light comes on when the switch (1) has been operated. The refrig-
erating unit then operates continuously.
The red temperature warning light (3) comes on when:
– the appliance has been started up but the storage temperature has
not yet been reached;
– the minimum storage temperature is no longer being maintained
(fault);
