Chapter 2 Installation

2.1. Installing the Imprinter

Install the imprinter as follows:
1.
Turn off the scanner power and disconnect the
power cable.
2.
Remove the stacker from the scanner.
1. Raise the stacker up as shown below.
2. Hold the arm of
the stacker.
ATTENTION
●
You must remove the stacker before installing the
imprinter.
●
Do not pull forcibly, since this might damage the stacker.
4. Pull out the other
side of the stacker.
3. Pull out the stacker
while pushing one arm
inside.

Install the scanner onto the imprinter.
Hold the scanner above the rear of the imprinter. Gently
place the scanner onto the imprinter base while lowering
and pushing it forward until it touches the imprinter.
ATTENTION
Be careful not to get your fingers caught.
After Installation
4.
Raise the locks (two locks on the rear side).
