Heated Surface
Symptoms
1. Heated surface does
not turn on.
2. Bath is turned on, but
there is little or no
heat.
3. Temperature does not
automatically reset to
low after 1 hour.
4. Heat indicator is
blinking red.
5. Heat indicator is
blinking yellow.

Probable Causes
A. No power to power supply.
B. User keypad cable is loose
or damaged.
C. User keypad is loose or
damaged.
D. Power supply does not work.
A. Heated surface cable is
loose or damaged.
B. Heater or insulation is loose.
C. Heated surface indicator is
yellow or orange.
D. Heated surface does not
work.
E. Temperature sensor does
not work.
A. Temperature sensor does
not work.
A. Heating system needs to be
reset.
B. Heated surface does not
work.
A. Heating system needs to be
reset.
B. Temperature sensor does
not work.
Recommended Action
A. Make sure nothing except the pump and
blower/heated surface are plugged into their
shared duplex outlet. Set or reset the
RCD. Check and repair the wiring.
B. Check the wire connections. If necessary,
replace the user keypad cable.
C. Check the wire connections. If necessary,
replace the user keypad.
D. Replace the power supply.
A. Check the wire connections. If necessary,
replace the heated surface cable.
B. Secure the heater or insulation to the bath.
C. Press the [Up] arrow to increase the
temperature.
D. Replace the heater.
E. Replace the heater.
A. Replace the heater and/or keypad.
A. Press the [Power] icon to turn the power off.
Wait 10 seconds, then turn the power on.
B. Replace the heater.
A. Press the [Power] icon to turn the power off.
Wait 10 seconds, then turn the power on.
B. Replace the heater.
