3.2 Service Schedule
Perform Service at Intervals

FUEL SYSTEM
Check the fuel level and fill as necessary
Check for any unusual noise [
Remove the sediment from the fuel tank and drain
the fuel tank [
Bleed the fuel system (if encountering hard starting)
Replace the fuel filter element
Fuel/water separator draining
Fuel/water separator cleaning
Inspect the fuel injection nozzle pressure []
Adjust the fuel injection timing []
Inspect and adjust the fuel injection pump []
LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Check the crankcase oil level and add oil as
necessary
Replace the oil in the crankcase
Replace the lube oil filter element
COOLING SYSTEM
Check the coolant level and fill as necessary
Adjust the water pump belt tension [
Clean the radiator fins and inspect the hoses [
Replace the coolant [
Consult your local distributor/dealer for service
