AQUA DET 1 pump can be programmed with the use of 4 internal trimmers and 6 internal DIP SWITCH (see
picture below).
By using the three potentiometers is possible adjust the following parameters:
POT1: speed of the detergent pump on the rinse phase (TOPUP) from ~10 to 100%.
POT2: speed of the rinse-aid pump on the rinse phase from ~10 to 100%.
POT3: speed of the detergent pump on the initial charge phase from ~10 to 100%.
POT4: delay of the rinse pump from 1 to 15 seconds.
By using the DIP SWITCH additional functions can be set ON or OFF.

Programming of the detergent speed during the initial charge
Set OFF the dipswitch #3 and adjust the speed of the pump using the potentiometer POT3.
The initial charge phase has recognized after 30 seconds that the signal from the dishwasher machine is
active.
Rinse time adjusting
By using the dipswitch #4/5/6 is possible to set the dosing time during the rinse phase in the following way:

To prime, press the left key for the detergent pump, and the right key for the rinse-aid pump (Fig. 3).
Priming can be activated only when the solenoid valve is ON.
1. Periodically check the chemical tank level to avoid the pump running dry.
2. Check the suction and delivery hoses for any impurities that could damage to the pump tube and
cause the pump to deliver a low flow.
3. Check regularly the operation of the pump especially when dosing aggressive chemicals and check
the condition of the foot filter which can clog and cause the pump to deliver a low flow.
