●The UV Clarifier is fitted with universal hose tails to take 3/4",1", 5/4" and 3/2" diameter flexible

hose. When using the larger diameter hose tails, trim off the smaller sections so as not to impede the

water flow. Secure the hose to the hose tails using suitable hose clips. Hose lengths should be kept to

a minimum length to avoid loss of flow.

●Connect the hose tails to the unit using the threaded connectors provided.

CHANGING THE UV LAMP

●The UV lamp should be changed at the beginning of a new season. The lamp may look like it is still

working but over time the amount of UV diminishes, therefore, reducing the effectiveness of the unit.

●Unscrew the wired end cap anti-clockwise. See figure 1 below.

●Remove the UVc tube by gently pulling out of the electrical connection. See figure 2 below.

●Insert a new UVc tube by pushing it gently into the electrical connection.

●Re-assemble the end cap by rotating clockwise.

LIMITED WARRANTY

This product is guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase for material or

manufacturing defects. The guarantee covers the substitution of defective parts excluding the UV

lamp. However, the guarantee is considered void in the case of improper use, improper handling or

negligence on the part of the buyer. Please note that you must submit your proof of purchase
