Circulation pump for fresh and salt water aquaria
In purchasing this pump, you have selected a top quality product. It has been specifically developed for aquarium
use and extensively tested by experts.
1. Scope of delivery
Pump Aqua Medic Pro 50, 75, 100. For parts, please refer to Fig. 2 resp. 3.
2. Safety instructions

When working in the aquarium, always disconnect all units from the power supply system before putting your
hands into the water. Connect all units to the mains via a residual current device with a maximum residual
current of 30 mA.

Never pull pumps out of the water by the cable.

Suitable for indoor use only.

Regularly clean pumps from dirt and lime deposits.

Not suitable as a toy for children.

These pumps create a high suction power and strong negative pressure at the drain. This suction is so strong
that it can suck and hold adults or children under water. Several sufficiently large suction points at a sufficient
distance from one another reduce the negative pressure.
This manual contains important information about the safety measures to be taken during installation and
operation. Therefore, both the installer and the user must read the instructions before starting the installation
and operation. Keep this manual for future reference.
1. A safeguard must be installed in the fixed wiring.
2. This unit can only be operated by persons with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been supervised or have been instructed in the safe use of the unit
and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
3. The unit must be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations. An isolating device integrated into
the fixed wiring must be provided.

The pump must be operated through a residual current device (RCD) or (GFCI) with a nominal residual
current of not more than 30 mA.
Correct disposal of this product
This product must not be treated as household waste. Instead, it should be taken to an appropriate collection
point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. By ensuring that this product is disposed of
