Step 2: Install Forklift Boom to a forklift.

Confirm two forks of the forklift are firmly and securely inserted to

the main base, then lock the main base to the forklift mast by a

safety chain (Figure 1.2).

Step 3: Hook the Bow shackle into the pad of Forklift Boom

(Figure 1.3).

Install the safety chain to

the forklift mast for security
