If the Proxy is not running, start it as discussed in the SCSP Proxy Overview. After you start

the Proxy, try to access the DX Storage cluster using your client application.

If the Proxy is running, verify that at least one DX Storage node is running and that there is a

route between the Proxy's network and the storage cluster's network.
