12.7 LED Indicators

Each disk drive carrier has two LED indicators visible from the front of the system. One is a green LED
for disk activity and the other is a bicolor (green/amber) LED for status. Both LEDs are used to
indicate certain conditions under direction of a storage controller.

12.8 Optical Drives

Optical drives are optional in all M910 systems and connect to the blade via the front USB interface.
The following internal slim-line drives are available on the M910:
DVD-ROM
DVD+RW
PATA (IDE) optical drives are not supported.
