(7) TROUBLE SHOOTING
Cause
The flue blocked
The capacitor damaged
The motor jammed bearing
damaged
Beside the above mentioned, check the following:
Light damaged
Power cord looses
One way valve and the air
ventilation entrance are not
tightly sealed
Leakage from the connection
of U-shaped section and
cover
One way valve damaged and
causes shaking
The motor is not tightly
hanged
The body is not tightly
hanged
The distance between the
body and the ducting outlet is
too long
Too much ventilation from
open doors or windows
The fixing screw not tight
enough
The hanging screw not tight
enough
Solution
Clear the blockage
Replace capacitor
Replace motor
Replace lights
Connect the wires as per
the electric diagram
Reseal
Take U-shaped section
down and seal
Replace the one way
valves
Lock the motor tightly
Fixed the body tightly
Readjust the distance
Choose a new place and
reinstall hood
Tighten the hanging
screw to return back to
horizontal position
Tighten the hanging
screw to return back to
horizontal position
