The water inlet hose must be flushed
through before using the appliance
for the first time, and thereafter every
time the water inlet hose is re-fitted.
This is to remove any deposits which
may have collected in the inlet hose
and at the stopcock.
This steam oven must only be
installed in a suitable tall housing
unit.
The appliance must be installed at
such a height that small children
cannot reach the appliance door, which
gets hot during use.
The top edge of the appliance door
should not be above eye level. If it
is too high, you will find it difficult to
access all levels safely when putting
dishes into the oven and taking them
out, and there is a danger of food
spillages and possible scalding.
This equipment may only be used
in mobile installations such as
ships, caravans, aircraft etc. if a risk
assessment of the installation has been
carried out by a suitably qualified
engineer.
All installation work must be carried
out by a suitably qualified
technician in strict accordance with
current local and national safety
regulations.

Water Authority and Building
Regulations must also be
observed.
The stopcock for the steam oven
water inlet must be located so that
it is easily accessible after the
appliance has been built in.
To ensure that the waste water is
pumped away completely, the
mains drainage outlet point should not
be positioned higher than the drain
hose outlet position on the steam oven.
The temperature of the water being
drained is approx. 80 - 90 °C.
The hoses and mains connection
cable must be fitted in such a way
that the appliance can be easily taken
out of the housing unit by a service
technician should repair work ever be
necessary.
