Cookware

Wok ring

Use the wok ring (if present) for
additional stability for cookware,
especially for wok pans with rounded
bases.
The wok pan is a special piece of
cookware. It has a small base diameter
and a large upper rim diameter (usually
35–40 cm).
The extra large cooking hob (front left)
is the most suitable for use with the
wok ring.
Take care to position the ring correctly.
The notches on the bottom edge of the
wok ring must sit on the pot rest (see
diagram).
