Cause and remedy
The operating mode for heating plates/dishes was
not selected.
Select the correct operating mode.
The temperature setting is too low.
Select a higher temperature.
The vents are covered up.
Make sure that the air can circulate.
The crockery has not been allowed to heat up for a
sufficiently long time.
The heating time for crockery is affected by a
number of factors (see "Heating crockery").
Cause and remedy

Select a lower temperature.
