• Used by trained personnel.
• Used with self-locking connectors in compliance with
the EN 362 standard.

INSTALLATION
Select a solid concrete support with a minimum resistance of 23 Mpa. Carry out, if necessary, a pulling trial on a test
point in order to verify that the anchor support is adequate (5 kN for 5 seconds).
Using an industrial drill, with an appropriate bit for concrete, drill a hole that is perfectly straight and uniform, of
Ø 18 mm and depth 90 mm.
YOUR SAFETY DEPENDS ON THE QUALITY OF THE DRILLING AND THE CONCRETE
The anchor point must not be less than 155 mm from the edge of the concrete sup-
port, and must not be less than 188mm from another anchor point.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Insert the QUICKLOCK ref. 1009728 into the hole by pulling on the trigger (compression of the spring). Before introduc-
ing it, check that the 2 half-shells are perfectly parallel (see figure below). Push the QUICKLOCK into the hole to halfway
along the position indicator. Release the trigger and exert a slight traction. Once the anchor has been introduced, attach
your connector.
The QUICKLOCK must be perfectly positioned. Check that the depth indicator is
introduced halfway into the hole. The cables of the half-shells must be symmetrical (see
photos). Check the blocking hold by exerting a light traction on the QUICKLOCK loop.
• Work without an anti-fall system if there is a risk of falling.
• Use the QUICKLOCK on a support other than concrete.
• Taken away after utilisation.
• Fixed in a perfectly straight hole of the correct diameter.
• The drilling must be carried out with an industrial drill.
• Used only if the identification label is still in place on the
equipment.
