TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem

Corrective Action
1. DISCONNECT POWER; Replace fuse or
reset circuit breaker.
2. Plug into 115 Volt grounded outlet.
1. Check voltage being supplied to pump.
2. Check that impeller moves freely and is not
clogged.
1. Re-prime according to instructions.
2. Stop pump, shut off water, and change filter
cartridge. Filter should be installed on
discharge side of pump.
3. Open valve.
4. Re-pipe using pipe of the same size as
suction and discharge ports on pump.
5. Clean impeller.
6. Thaw pipes.
1. Replace with plastic or new steel pipe.
2. Re-pipe using pipe the same size as suction
and discharge ports on pump
3. Enlarge inlet pipe; check well pump system.
4. Make sure outlet voltage is at 115 Volts.
