TCP RX window advertisement can be much smaller than the actual

size of the RX window.

Provide frame redirection support over M-EOS.

Third-party application paths fail with FC fast write enabled with bi-

directional traffic.

Solution

Fixed in Fabric OS 6.1.0e.

Workaround: Reduce mommitted rate

on the FCIP tunnel until the RX window

is less than 33 MB.
