1. Open by pressing the lid edge. (A)
2. Insert the batteries (B: R6/LR6, AA)

and close the cover.
C Place this side in before the other side
when you close.

Use a manganese dry battery or an
alkali dry battery.
•
Insert so the poles (+ and –) match those in the remote control.
•
Do not heat or expose to fl ame.
•
Do not leave the battery(ies) in an automobile exposed to direct sunlight for a long
period of time with doors and windows closed.

If you press [CD q/h], [iPod q/h],
[FM] or [AM] while the unit is off, the
unit is automatically turned on and
the audio playback or radio reception

CD and iPod has already been set.)
