DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS |
Remove Record Player (To Replace Components)

Remove
belt
1. Remove T.T. mat.
2. Remove belt from the motor pulley. (Fig. 1)
3. Remove two (2) bottom board mounting screws and unplug 5P
~connector plug from chassis.
(Fig. 3)
4. Remove five (5) bottom cover mounting screws.
(Fig. 3)
5. To reassemble reverse above procedure.

Escutcheon from Chassis |
Remove five (5) knobs from escutcheon assembly.
Remove seven (7) escutcheon assembly mounting screws (Fig. 3, 4)
To reassemble
reverse above procedure.

Cassette Deck

. Push EJECT button to open cassette lid.
. Remove cassetie lid by sliding while holding the rear side in the
direction of arrow. (Fig. 2)

. Remove two (2) cassette cover mounting screws.
(Fig. 5)
. Remove four (4) cassette cover mounting screws.
(Fig. 3)
. Remove four (4) cassette deck mounting screws.

s To Replace Cartridge
1. To remove cartridge, push it in direction of arrow A, as shown in
a! x

2. Toinstall cartridge, push it in the direction of arrow B, as shown in

3. Disconnect four (4) connectors from cartridge terminals gently.
4. Fit the new one.
(When installing wires, make sure they are fitted
correctly on their proper positions onto connectors.)

5. The
cartridge
should
be perpendicular
with the head
shell
(pickup) and it should be installed straight upward, observing that
its edge is in line with the head shell.
_@ To Replace Stylus
1. Lift pickup arm to a position that will make the stylus accessible.
(Fig. 8)

2. Gently pull out worn stylus and replace new stylus into correct
position.
