The vibrator motor is a single plug connector. It

needs to be disconnected so you can remove the

vibrator from the HTC Windows Phone 8X.

With the screws removed and the connections all

disconnected, remove the motherboard from the

HTC Windows Phone 8X frame assembly.

The battery is secured with a small amount of

•

adhesive. Use the spudger to pry up the battery

from the frame assembly.

You can now remove the battery from the HTC
