Battery
The battery will operate the logger for 1 year at room temperature. Operation of the logger at the temperature extremes, in real
time mode for prolonged periods, or sample intervals of less than 5 minutes, will significantly reduce battery life. The Battery
Level Monitor on the Setup screen displays the battery voltage and a Low Battery Warning when replacement is needed. The
battery is user replaceable and MUST be replaced with one of the same type. A Tadiran TLH-5955, XENO XL-055F or
equivalent is required. Dickson sells replacement batteries.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to observe correct polarity when installing the new battery.
