Introduction
Thank you for adquiring this cabinet GT003G. The information contained in this
manual will help you in the product assembly besides describing all physical
characteristics, included parts and recommendations for its use and installation.
Recommendations
Install equipment until you have finished installing the cabinet.
Select the appropriate anchor according to the wall material. In adobe walls or
other material that is not concrete, it is recommended to pass the anchor of the
cabinet to the other side of the wall and secure on both sides.
Tool
- 7/16" wrench or socket.
- Cross and flat screw.
- 1/2" wrench or socket.
- 5/8" wrench.
Assembly mode
1. Start by physically identifying the parts that make up the cabinet. When
screwing, do not tighten the screws if not until you have tied all the pieces.
2. Only 7/16" screws, nuts, will be used in cabinet assembly they have an anti-
skid system, so it is recommended to place them in the most difficult sections
to reach.
3. Place the back cover (E) on a flat surface and screw the sides (C and D)
to it.
4. Locate the brackets (G and H) in the internal holes of the flange each side
(C and D) respectively and screw them together to the back cover (E).
5. Screw the cover (A and B) to the sides.
6. Locate the sloping lid M on the top of the cabinet and secure it with nuts
and bolts.
7. With each panel (F) turned, locate the screws and place the plate (I) by
screwing their respective nuts to each one, place them on the panel supports
(G and H).
8. Place the battery holders (K) on the inside of the cover (A) as shown in the
image.
9. Assemble filter covers (O) onto the cover (A) by inserting one corner into a
slot and pressing so that the filter cover is slightly bent and it is possible to insert
the other corner into the corresponding slot.
10. Finally, place the door (J) on the armed cabinet.
Wall mounting
1. Once the ideal anchor is defined according to the wall material, proceed to fix
the assembly (L) to it.
2. Screw 2 1/2 "screws and washers to the upper side nuts (C and D) with a few
turns on the outside.
3. Seal the screws in the assembly (L) ensuring the stability of the cabinet.
4. Screw the cabinet to the mounting by placing the 2 1/2 "screws to the bottom
nuts on the sides (C and D).
5. Tighten all screws.
Post mounting
1. Using the 5/8 "threaded rods, nuts and washers and the clamps (N), secure
the mounting (L) to the tower or post.
2. Continue following from step 2 of "Wall mounting".
3. Be sure not to exceed the load capacities of the tower or pole.
