Summary of brightfield observation procedure
Turn " I " (ON) the main switch
and adjust the brightness.
Set the specimen on the stage.
Engage the 10X objective in the light path.
Bring the specimen into focus
and adjust the brightness.
Adjust the aperture iris diaphragm.
Engage the objective to be used in the light
path and bring the specimen into focus.
Adjust the aperture iris diaphragm.
Observation.
