1. Features
(1) The air feed mode can be selected from three modes "HIGH", "MIDDLE" and "LOW" to meet
the operating conditions. Each mode can be set in a range of 35 to 20 L/min for "HIGH", 19 to
1.5 L/min for "MIDDLE" and 0.5 or 1.0 L/min for "LOW", respectively.
(US specification: 20 to 10 L/min for "HIGH" and 9 to 1.5 L/min for "MIDDLE")
(2) The abdominal pressure can be set in a range of 0 to 25 mmHg.
(3) When the abdominal pressure rises 5 mmHg over the set value, air feeding is automatically
stopped with an alarm "OVER PRESSURE".
(4) The supply pressure is displayed as a bar graph. The set abdominal pressure and set flow rate
are displayed digitally in green. The actual value is displayed digitally in red and a bar graph.
The used volume of gas is displayed digitally in red.
(5) When the tube and connector are clogged or when air is fed to a very narrow cavity, gas
feeding is immediately stopped with an alarm " TUBE OBSTRUCTED ".
(6) Use of the wall piping hose adapter (MAJ-626/627) permits using gas from a CO
of the facility.
(7) With the suction tube connected to the suction pump, if the abdominal pressure is held 5
mmHg higher than the set value for 10 seconds or more, suction is automatically operated up
to the set pressure level.
(8) When the optional foot switch (MH-317) is used and the suction tube is connected to the
suction equipment of the facility, suction can be performed interlocking with gas feeding,
permitting to eliminate smoke while maintaining the abdominal pressure.
(9) When the exhaust unit (MAJ-529) is used and is combined with SonosurG, UES-20 and UES-
30, automatic smoke elimination interlocking with the output is possible.

on the front panel.
Pressure of 0 to 6 Mpa is displayed in units of 0.5 Mpa.
Pressure of 2 to 6 Mpa is displayed in green as a normal value.
Pressure of 0.5 to 2 Mpa is displayed in red as notice for small
residual volume with an intermittent audible alarm at every one
second.
(1) When the pressure is lowered to 2.4 Mpa or less, the red LED
lights with an audible alarm for 3 seconds.
(2) The same operation is repeated if the pressure is lowered by
0.5 Mpa.
