The 5 lever should be operated
lightly, smoothly and accurately and
be click-stopped. (Without extremely
uneven movement, or stoppages.)
Clicking should be felt.
Even if it goes beyond,
it should
retum to the clicking position.
When the lever is click-stopped,
the ON or OFF letters should be
conspicuous.and not hidden
underneath the lever.
By operation of the 5 lever, the
meter should be tumed ON or OFF
accurately.
