SCANNING SETTINGS (ORIGINAL SIZE, EXPOSURE, RESOLUTION, AND FILE FORMAT)
SELECTING THE RESOLUTION
The resolution for scanning an original can be selected. Load the original in scanner mode and then follow the steps
below. The default setting for the resolution is "LOWER".

The selected key is highlighted.

G The initial factory resolution setting is LOWER. If
desired, you can change the initial setting to a
different setting using the key operator program,
"Initial resolution
setting" (page 38).
G The resolution setting cannot be changed once
scanning has begun.
