3.2 Operation

• Check in the "Localization Configuration" client whether the "CCP" and "Data Sending Period"

parameters are configured the same on both interfaces (green frame, blue frame).

• Restart the gateway via the "Reset" button (red frame).

Variant 2:

The functions of the radio interfaces are retained, but the radio parameters are changed to

match the transponders.

Advantages: Can be done via mass configuration for all devices at the same time.

Disadvantages: Various radio interface conversions, non-ideal antenna configuration in

gateway.

The parameters can be configured in the Locating Manger by a trained commissioning

engineer.

• In the "Localization configuration" client, change UWB channel 5 to UWB channel 2 at "TDoA

timesync (channel IF2)".

• Then change UWB channel 2 to UWB channel 5 in "Localization (channel IF4)".

• Adapt PRF and preamble on both interfaces so that interface 4 (IF4) is configured identically

to the transponder.

• Red frame: Set the UWB channel for interface 2 (IF2) to channel 2 and then click the "Set"

button.
