Alarm output - fail-safe option (universal voltage, DPDT)

Switching and timing behavior: If the vane is not covered, the rotating vane shaft will send

pulses at 20 second intervals. In case of fault, the pulses are missed. After 30 seconds, the

alarm relay will open.

Connection example:

Full detector with maximum safety:

The output signal opens in case of:

• Full signal, or

• Failure of supply voltage, or

• Defect of the connection wires, or

• Defective unit
