Do one of these actions.

• If you want to use the USB cable with the Cisco Headset 560 Series, plug in to a USB port on a Cisco

IP Phone 8851, 8851NR, 8861, 8865, or 8865NR.

• If you want to use the Y-cable with the Cisco Headset 560 Series, plug the smaller RJ-9 cable into the

headset port and the larger RJ-11 cable into the AUX port.
