Answer a Call

There are several ways to answer a call. A call can be answered using the handset, the speakerphone or
a headset. When the light flashes on the hand set or the phone is ringing this indicates an incoming call.

Use the Handset

1. Lift the handset.

Use Speakerphone

1. Press the Answer soft key or the Speaker button.
Use a Headset
1. Press the Headset button if it is not lit.
2. If the headset button is lit, then press the Answer soft key or the line button of the incoming call.

End a Call

Use the Handset
1. Hang up the handset.
Use a Headset
1. Press the Headset button or the EndCall soft key.

Use the Speakerphone

1. Press the Speaker button or the EndCall soft key.
