SUBJECT: Troubleshooting for the bent image and/or skewed images.
9. Adjust the paper feed unit position
as follows:
a) Tighten the screw [E] while
pushing the rear side of the paper
feed unit to the manual feed side
as shown.
b) Tighten the screw [F] while
pushing the front side of the paper
feed unit to the drum unit side as
shown. Then, tighten the other
screw [G].
10. Reinstall all covers and units.
11. Check the copy quality.
NOTE:
When paper skewing is corrected, the bent image at around 50 mm from the
trailing edge is also corrected.
If the finer adjustment is required, follow method B.
