Error codes
If you see one of the error codes below on the LCD screen,
follow the steps here to proceed:
A printer error has occurred.
E-01
Open the printer cover and remove any paper or protective
material inside the printer. Turn the power off and on again.
A scanner error has occurred.
E-02
Turn the power off and on again.
A paper jam has occurred.
Remove the paper from the printer and press the button
W-01
displayed on the bottom of the LCD screen to clear the error.
In some cases, you may need to turn the power off and on
again.

Guide.
