shutter speed and Dynamic Range
Optimizer ( DRO ) settings in the viewfinder

depth of field and motion blur with ease.
It produces more dynamic results than
the conventional optical preview function,

preview function or new Shot Result Preview.
New lens shading and aberration
compensation
To ensure optimal shooting results, the a65
automatically compensates for the shading
and aberration characteristics of the
particular lens you mount. This includes
vignetting ( peripheral shading ) , lateral
chromatic aberration and optical distortion,
which can each be activated or deactivated
through the MENU. Embedded data within
the camera on supported A-mount lenses*
ensures optimal compensation every time.
