Step 4
Perform redundancy switchover from active RSP4-S (slot 1) to standby RSP880-LT (slot 0).
Example:

The RSP880-LT in slot 0 becomes the active RSP.
Step 5
Remove the RSPS-4 from slot 1 and insert the RSP880-LT. Follow the procedure in
Cards from the Chassis, on page
After booting, the RSP880-LT is slot 1 becomes the standby RSP.
Step 6
Enter the show redundancy and show platform commands to confirm the RSPs have synchronized and are
in the correct state.
