5. Enter a file name when prompted to
6. Left click on 'Save'
Microsoft Word will automatically launch
(Note: There will be varying degrees of success with regard to
formatting)
7. Use Microsoft Word to edit text and adjust formatting.
8. Once you have finished editing your scanned text, save
your file again, using Save As, and change the Save as
Type from 'Rich Text Format' to 'Microsoft Word'.
9. Close the 'Read & Write' software.
