the lower portion of the harness into the hole provided in top housing.

Attach the quick-disconnect plastic connector with black and white

wires onto the plastic connector with red and blue wires coming from

the driver. Attach the green ground terminal to the inside of the

housing.

Replace the glass or plastic optic. Orient "street side" on optic

with street side of luminaire. See Figure 5 and Figure 6.

2.2.13

Figure 4 shows the lower reflector assembly and how it will

assemble. Use the two hex bolts referenced in Figure 3 to secure this

assembly. Use the third hex bolt to secure the cable assembly bracket.

Align the main harness cable along the cable assembly bracket with

the top of the white overmold lining up with the top of the bracket. Wire

tie the harness to the cable assembly bracket at the slots.

The next portion of the retrofit is to remove the existing

reflector from the cover portion of the luminaire. Make the final harness

connection to the heat sink LED assembly and place the LED heat sink

assembly into the luminaire on top of the glass or plastic optic as

shown in Figure 5.

NOTE:

There is an orientation to this heat sink assembly. Ensure

the raised boss on the heat sink assembly is pointing to the "street

side" of the luminaire. See Figure 5 for ARUE/JFUE and Figure 6 for

PTUE.

Now remove the existing latch and discard this latch and

screws. Replace using the parts included. See Figure 7. Tighten the

screws to the latch to 15-20 in-lbs.

Reconnect the top cover to the optic housing using the hinge

pin and clip originally removed. Close the cover and tighten the latch

screw until the top and bottom latch components meet.

Check to make sure that closing the door assembly with the

new LED driver attached does not pinch any wire assemblies. Return

the luminaire to its mounting position and reconnect the lead wires to

the terminal block. Close and latch the door assembly and energize the

fixture.
