The roll paper cover will not open
Follow the steps below when the roll paper cover will not open.
1.
Turn off the printer.
2.
Insert a tool such as a screwdriver into the slots on both sides of the printer, and lift the cover
in the direction of the arrow in illustration to remove it.

Turn the knob in the direction of the arrow in illustration, by using a ballpoint pen or
tweezers, until you see a triangle mark in the opening.
