Connect the AC power cable to:

the main unit.

the wall socket.

Battery power

Risk of explosion! Keep batteries away from heat, sunshine or fi re. Never discard batteries in fi re.

Open the battery compartment on the bottom of the unit.

Insert 6 R14/UM2/C Cell batteries (not supplied) with correct polarity (+/-) as
indicated, then close the battery compartment.

The unit is ready to operate.
