Check (D10) on
(RED).
Counter
Measure
If LED is off check
ICP (IC8) and
supply from ATX
power board.
Possible defective
ATX or PWRB
board.
Check connector
CN3 (PWRB) to
(FLKB). Possible
defective PWRB
Board.
