Uninstalling the Wrong Driver
If you do not enter the full path for the NDIS 3 driver as
described in the preceding section, it is possible that the
wrong driver (NDIS 4 or NDIS 5) may be loaded. In this
case, you must uninstall the incorrect driver before
installing the NDIS 3 driver. Follow these steps:
1 Delete the .INF file from the WINDOWS\INF directory.
2 Delete the driver from the Device Manager.
3 Reboot and install the correct driver using the
instructions in "Installing the NDIS 3 Driver."
If Your PC Mouse Halts
Your PC mouse (pointing device) may freeze periodically if
the 3C359B NIC is not connected to a hub or a switch. To
correct this problem, connect the NIC to a hub or a switch.
