The Washer/Dryer works at a very low
water level, to save water and energy.
Folded water inlet hose.
Water inlet hose filter clogged.
Lack of water.
Water outlet hose is installed less than
0.85 m from the ground.
Outlet hose entered too much into the
drain pipe.
The product is on pause.
Low water pressure.
Water outlet hose is installed above
1.20 m.
Water outlet hose folded or clogged by
fragments or fibers.
The product is on pause (panel
flashing).
Solution
Check if the voltage of your socket is compatible with the
voltage of your Washer/Dryer.
Check with a plumber or the water supply company.
See the cycles on page 8.
use only HE High Efficiency detergents.
Check if the tap is closed or if there is water shortage.
The condensation drying system needs cold water to dry the
clothes.
Do not connect your Washer/Dryer to hot water pipes.
Use a cold-water tap (5-30 °C).
The maximum drying capacity is 6 kg (dry clothes). When
filling the basket, keep the clothes well distributed so they
can move during drying.
With the Easy Ironing option, clothes come out slightly wet
at the end of the program, to facilitate the act of ironing. See
page 10.
Increase the drying time or use the automatic Super Dryer
function, see page 10.
Check with a plumber or the water supply company.
Do not use hardened powder detergent. Check the detergent
expiration date.
Dilute the softener before you put it in the Dispenser.
At the end of the cycle, it is normal to have some kind of
accumulation of water in the Dispenser, because during
the centrifugation, the water that is in the upper part of the
Dispenser may fall, remaining in it until the next wash. This
feature does not shorten the life of the product.
Normal operating characteristic.
Unblock the water inlet hose.
Clean the filter as directed on page 17.
Check if the tap is closed or if there is water shortage.
Review the installation and positioning information of the
water outlet hose at the appropriate height on page 21.
The hose should be placed no more than 20 cm into the
drainpipe.
Press the START/PAUSE to restart the product.
Call a plumber to adjust the water pressure to comply with
the instructions on page 3.
Review the installation and positioning information of the
water outlet hose at the appropriate height according to the
instructions in item "Drain System", page 21.
Clear the hose.
Press the START/PAUSE button for 3 seconds to restart the
product.
