Because this appliance is used to store consumable goods, it is important to clean it regularly. To clean, follow these

steps:

1. Turn off appliance by removing plug from power outlet. The wine cooler is now ready to be cleaned.

2. Clean the insides with a soft cloth and a solution of baking soda and water (1Tbsp baking soda to 1L water) or mild

detergent followed by clean water.

3. Wash shelves in mild detergent, rinse and wipe dry with a soft cloth.

4. Clean outside with warm soapy water, rinse and dry with soft cloth.

5. Regularly wipe up any water collection at the bottom of the wine cooler by using paper towels or a sponge.

NOTE: Water collected at the bottom of the wine cooler is normal. Do not be alarmed. This indicates the temperature

inside the wine cooler is considerably lower than the surrounding temperature of the environment, creating excess

condensation.

CAUTION: DO NOT ALLOW WATER TO RUN INTO THE BACK OF THE APPLIANCE AS THIS COULD CREATE A

FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD, DAMAGING THE UNIT.

For long periods of non-use or storage:

1. Remove bottles.

2. Unplug appliance.

3. Clean wine cooler thoroughly.

4. Leave door open or completely remove it to prevent possible odors.

If you move:

1. Follow steps 1-5 directly above.

2. Remove or securely attach all loose items inside the wine cooler.

3. Take appropriate measures to protect the unit, corners and doors from scratches by wrapping them in foam,

newspapers, packing paper, etc.
