Troubleshooting

The Learning Pen 2 won't turn on.

• The Learning Pen 2 is very low on battery. Please follow the

instructions for charging your Learning Pen 2 on page 4 of this guide.

The Learning Pen 2 is not reading the content.

• Make sure the Learning Pen 2 is powered on.

•

Make sure the game board is clean and dust free.

• Make sure that you are using the Learning Pen 2 with a

Learning Pen 2 game board.

I don't see any lights when I charge the Learning Pen 2.

• If the battery is very low, the status light may not blink.

In this case, charging the Learning Pen 2 may take up

to 3 hours.

The Learning Pen 2 will not pair with my device.

• Be sure that your mobile device or computer's

bluetooth is enabled.

• Check to see if your device is already paired with any

other Bluetooth devices. If so, please disconnect and

try to pair the Learning Pen 2 again.

• Consult your device's manual for more information on

how to pair with Bluetooth devices.
