Alctron MP8V2 Owner's Manual
MP8V2 an 8-channel mic amplifier allows you connecting 8 mics at the same time. It has 8 totally independent high
quality preamps in one unit. Mic amplifier amplifies each channel signal carefully and natural. Combines with unique
circuit to amplifier ensures output signal more purity and clear. It features 48V phantom power, low cut, pad and
phase button in each channel. The combo MIC/INST input connector allows you choosing the proper devices in
studio or stage performance.

1、POWER: to turn on or off the device. When turn on MP8V2 lit blue LED indicator.
2、GAIN: adjust the gain of the input stage. Turn this knob clockwise raises the amount of gain applied to the input
signal.
3、PHASE: with this button the input signal is reversed in phase by 180°. When press the button, lits white LED
indicator.
4、PAD: press the button signal will be reduce by -15dB. When press the button, lits blue LED indicator.
5、LOW CUT: when the input signal is 50hz, this switch will cut 6dB signal. This normally used to eliminate rumble
and other unwanted low frequencies from an incoming signal. When press the button, lits green LED indicator.
6、48V: When press the button, 48V phantom power delivered power to the related devices. When press the button,
lits red LED indicator.
7、PEAK: peak signal LED indicator, when the signal is overload, LED lits red indicator, you should turn down the
signal level to avoid sound distortion.
8、MIC/INST: 3-pin XLR and 6.35mm combo input connector. Connects to mic or hi-Z impedance instruments.
9、OUTPUTS: 6.35mm output connectors, connects to console, active speaker such similar devices.
10、AC115V-230V: two level voltage button, choose the proper voltage according to your local voltage.
11、AC power connector, connect a standard, detachable IEC power cable (supplied) there.
