Resolution

Set resolution according to the document image. It is selectable from 150 to 2400dpi

(dots/inch), by 1dpi (dots/inch) increment. The default setting is 400dpi (dots/inch).

Contrast reversal/Mirror image

The following image processing can be specified when Scanner is reading the document.

– Mirror image

Contrast Reversal

Prints black images on a document to be white and white areas to be black.

• In Scan & Copy mode, specify contrast reversal from Copier.

• In Scan mode, white areas are to be scanned black. In Scan & Copy

mode, (Contrast Reversal specified by Copier), white areas are to be

scanned white.

Mirror Image

Creates the reflection of the original document.

This function is not available when [Standard size custom specification] or

[Custom size] has been specified in Scan mode, or [Same as copy setting]

has been specified in Scan & copy mode.
