Have your serial number ready. If you do not know your serial number, follow the steps below:
1.
Press the [Machine Status] button on the Control Panel. The Machine Status screen will be displayed.
2.
Select the [Machine Information] tab on the Touch Screen.
3.
Select the [Machine Details] button. The serial number will be displayed.
NOTE: The serial number can also be found on a plate on the machine, behind the Front Door.
