Xerox Nuvera Getting Started Guide
The User Guide and Training Aid (UGTA) is an interactive
user guide on CD. This electronic customer documentation is
viewed through a modern browser.
The files can be accessed directly from the CD on a PC,
Macintosh, or UNIX desktop system. Files can also be saved
to, and accessed from, a user's local hard drive or an Internet
web server.
When you first access the UGTA, you will see two rows of red
buttons near the top of the Home page. The red buttons allow
quick access to the main sections of the UGTA. Brief
descriptions of the UGTA sections are provided below.
The Search screen
allows you to search
for information by
entering keywords or
phrases.
The Problem Solving
section contains
information to help you
solve image quality
problems, clear jams,
improve system
performance, and run
user diagnostics.
The Index is set up
like the index of a
book. All entries are
visible so you can
"discover" material.
The About This
Site section tells you
about the symbols
and typographical
conventions used in
the UGTA.
The Maintenance
section tells you
how to power up
and shut down the
printer, and provides
information for all
general
maintenance tasks.
