Description of Operation
The 1-Zone Manual Alarm Reset Versa'larm™ alarm panel is powered by 120 VAC coming from standard wall outlets and
is transformed to 9-11.1 VDC. Installing a 9 Volt battery provides battery backup during power outages. The power LED
(green) will illuminate when powered. The Manual Alarm Reset Versa'larm™ is a multipurpose alarm panel that can be
used in a variety of applications such as: septic tanks, sumps, holding tanks, pump chambers, water tanks, flow, pressure,
condensate, temperature and any others where a "dry contact" can be connected to the alarm panel.
When a switch (signaling device) contact "closes" the buzzer will annunciate, alarm LEDs (red) will illuminate (Alarm Sensor
and Alarm Reset), and the built in auxiliary contacts will be activated. The signaling device could be a float switch, water
sensor, or sump probe sensor.
Pressing the "Silence/Reset" pushbutton will silence the buzzer and the alarm LEDs (red) remain on. When the switch is
deactivated, the buzzer, "Alarm Sensor" LED, and normally open dry contacts will automatically reset. The "Alarm Reset"
LED and normally closed dry contacts remain activated until the "Silence/Reset" pushbutton is pressed a second time,
which will reset the alarm panel for the next alarm cycle.
