About message classifications
If your BlackBerry® device is integrated with an
account that uses BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Version 4.1.2 or later and your system administrator
turns on message classifications, the BlackBerry
Enterprise Server applies a minimum set of security
actions to each message that you compose, forward, or
reply to, based on the classification that you assign to
the message. Your system administrator configures
the set of message classifications that you can use.
If you receive a message that uses message
classifications, your can view the abbreviated
classification in the subject line of the message and
the full description of the classification in the body of
the message. The abbreviated classification and
description also appear in messages in your Sent
Items folder.
